Resilience NL : triggers ones imagination. ‘How can such a vast thing as a city be resilient!’ The goal of Resilient NL is to address the need for the development of a resilient spatial planning by visualizing the different latent risks to the current special situation, to improve existing risk areas or policies – developing ‘early warning systems’ – in order to avoid or diminish unwanted collateral damages in case a surprise event occurs. In this case a future ruled bye digital technology (to the left) is projected against an ‘of ine-society’ to the right.
